deviantART loathes youThe day is Saturday, December 11th, and DameGreyWulf's, MY account, was taken from me, and deactivated, like many, many others have been, in relation to Draconis-Wyrm's hijack.
I filed a ticket in the same day, requesting aide and support. Lacking response and shenanigans seen elsewhere spurred me to note spyed on Monday. As of December 23rd, I've sent ~10 notes to spyed in regards to this matter, and begged for response in my support ticket.
No response received.
Though, at the risk of giving myself unwarranted self-importance, soon after some of my notes spyed added fourteenthstar to his watch and fourteenthstar made that official announcement regarding the change of the Deactivation system.

10 easy ways to relieve depression/stressBecause we all need it sometimes....
Here's 10 ways that help me, and could help you with depression/stress.
10 things to help with depression/stress::
1. Try to take a relaxing walk. (Find a place near you that's calm and peaceful. Parks are always nice, and if you can find one where there's a nice place to sit, do so, and sit there and think of how beautiful nature is.)
2. Read a good book. (Books help a person escape reality, and expose them to a different place where anything is possible allowing them to see things differently.)
3. Take a warm bath with some candles and relaxing music. (See if you can find a moment to yourself, where the house is empty, and just sit in the bath and breathe deeply, freeing your mind of everything but the calm sounds around you.)
4. Scream into a pillow. (I know it seems a bit strange, but doing this can help relieve more than just anger. Screaming is a release, and it can help purge the body of negativity, allowing

deviantART 101 - Part OneSo you've decided to join the biggest online art community - now what? It's all a bit big around here, right? Quite a lot of people, and even more deviations! Well, let's try and make this experience as awesome as possible!
1. Getting Started
First of all, you probably want people who come to your page to actually stay on your page and browse your gallery. So it's best to let them know a bit about you and present yourself as an active user. You can easily do this by uploading an avatar, setting up user page, editing your Devious Info, etc.
To find out more, watch the following awesome video
or read the following Frequently Asked Questions:
Now when you start uploading your art, you might be just a little overwhelmed by the amount of galleries and subgalleries. Just to give you an idea, the photography gallery alone consists of 16 subgalleries and another 64 subcategories! So it
Adoptables, Basics for Adoptables ArtistsTwo Steps to Start
Create a new account
This is not necessary, per se, but if you have in mind to do more than just one or two sheets of adoptables, it might be a good idea to start a new account. This way you won't spam your watchers' inbox, if they're not interested in adoptables, and you can organize your gallery in a better way.
Be a member of Adoptables Groups
dA is a big community and the sheer amount of new deviations every day makes it hard for your art to be seen. Considering that you just made a new account for your adoptables, you have basically no watchers whatsoever so how can you get the exposure you need to sell your characters? The answer is join Adoptables Groups. By doing this you can do two things, the first is submit your adoptables to their gallery and advertise them, the second is observing the trends, what people like to draw and buy more.
